Refund Policy

If Camp Marvelous Cancels:

In the unlikely event that Camp Marvelous is unable to provide the scheduled Summer Intensive, registrants will receive a full refund of their deposit. Refunds will be processed and issued no later than 30 days after notification of cancellation. If full payment has been made, the entire amount, including the deposit, will be refunded in the same manner. 

If the Registrant Cancels or Fails to Attend:

• The $250 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances if the registrant is unable to attend for personal reasons.

• If the registrant has paid the full amount and cannot attend, they will receive a $250.00 refund minus the deposit.
